Freeway will shut down at 10 a.m. near Chehalis to prepare for noon opening

Sonds like the damage is less than expected...this is excellent news!!

Awesome.. Wonder if a friendly drive up that way is in order to see the damage? :-) Might be cheaper entertainment than going to the CC fair..

Looks like horizon air has been doing a nice bit of business during the I-5 closure..WB

"Horizon Air has been selling out seats on the Seattle-Portland route this week, even after it upgraded five round-trip flights between the cities from 37-seat turboprops to 70-seat jets, said spokesman Mike Rose."
