Caveats: 661 megs, 4 to 8 hours? And maybe Chief and I doing some of our own gasping. Wonder if tefen has any honorably video walkins during the session..

Interesting that they didn't divide it up by topics. The City Council meetings are usually cut into bite-sized chunks.

Instead of putting it into topic "CHUNKS" I would rather they posted as group sections of topics and time amounts according to the time its in the agenda.
