In response to a request from Clarkblog.org for information to Futurewise, I received the following set of documents to present here. this post is not to be implied as an endorsement of any kind, nor opposition of any kind, nor as a place for discussion of these documents. My intention is to provide a linkable source that we can converse about these issues in other threads.
In addition, the Revised Code of Washington makes no provisions for any kind of petitioning in Washington State via the internet whatsoever. To may best knowledge, any use of the internet for petitioning is not only illegal, it can and will compromise the veracity of any cause that attempts to do so. Clarkblog will not be a part of anything that could be construed as breaking any applicable campaign laws.
Therefore, once I post these docs, I am going to lock the thread for comments so we don't lose the references in the discussions that will follow.
