Here is some in fornation that Clark County is considering traffic impact fee in six districts in Clark County including Vancouver. Also includes some deductions for various things.

Terms like "Traffic Impact Fee" make me really nervous, because it sounds like just another way to scratch more blood out of the same old stone. It's a slippery slope...

They have had TIF for a long time but it's how they spend this money is what concerning. Robbing from Peter to pay Paul isn't a good thing?
But again you have folks that like to divert money collected for one area to pay for another pet project?? One also has to look at the stats and it's not happening???

Let's not forget that the gasoline tax we approved a couple of years ago was supposed to be the answer to all of this...
