Did some one say the leaves in the trees and on the flowers are starting to turn brown?
I am still enjoying the 85+ degree heat today... Don't need fall to show up this soon.

Enjoy the next two days, because the "doom and gloom" weather will be back by the coming weekend.

This was so loaded with bees today we had to warn everyone to stay clear.

yah....we have bees all over the sunflowers and the remains of the lavender too. For a year that ws supposed to be short of bees, we've had our fair share.
I built a squirrel box last year and stuck it in one of the cherry trees, and now we have 2 adults who have set up shop in it, and are raising an unknown number of youngsters. Moms has been on the deck daily scarfing down hazelnuts, and she's obviously nursing. We're waiting for her to bring them trooping over to show them where the good stuff is...
;D
