Subject: Fraudulent Advertising?
While in Spokane last week I got a recorded message from Nancy of Citizens For a Strong Economy. She advocated voting yes on Proposition 1 and said that it would only raise my property taxes one percent.
Her's a question for any legal expert that you might know : Can The Citizens..., The columbian, the port and Val Ogden be sued for fraudulent advertising? Could a pro result be overturned?
Certainly The columbian needs to publish a correction and a mea culpa for their error. The headline "Port Guilty of Fraudulent Advertising" might be a start!
Feel free to forward this to anyone that might be interested!
