The red spiders that seem to be everywhere this time of year, are either the stupidest arachnids around, or the most ambitious...
When I go out to survey the gardens in the morning, I have to take a stick with me, and hold it in front of my face because there are spiderwebs everywhere at eye level. I have to wonder what they are thinking when the do that; it's like a dog chasing a car....just what does he think he'll do with it when he finally catches one??
