If your not drowning under 100 degrees out in the shade with 10 to 20 mph winds at one of our fine lakes, sprinklers, hoses or other outdoor activities here in the Region.

So remember, keep a water bottle at the ready, super soaker for the kids, (yes, this is the perfect summer gift. ready, aim, soak! and cool them off at the same time.

If you need a place to cool off, Firstenburg, Marshall and the Y on 112th Avenue are probably open awaiting your arrival to crash in the pool or just enjoy a few whims of water spray..

Or may be you might have a favorite jogging trail that is covered with fine trees that you will be walking in the morning OR evening during the cooler parts of the evening.

Also Vancouver Mall, morning and afternoons is a great time to get some exercise! Try a few tours around the mall or maybe the internal library will keep you cool, Wifi access and library books at the ready.

Or you can go to the Downtown Library, which probably is a good seen and place to go.

Also all the wonderful Clark County museums? All at the ready and awaiting.. Here are some wonderful places to go and keep cool.

I shall be going out this evening and enjoy the midnight 70 degree weather at a dinner with friends. Hope all of our readers enjoy this wonderful weather (and for those who complain, remember, we do get 8 months of the other kids of weather as well..)

Hot and sultry today, and it topped out around 98 here today.

Too bad you can't haul yourself out of the rack early on a Saturday, or I would have put a coffee cup in one hand and a paintbrush in the other...

I hit it early today, around 7 AM to get another segment of the house painting done. This has worked quite well, doing it in 3-4 hour blocks in the mornings when it's cool. It gives everything a chance to dry well before the real heat of the day hits.

Oh, I was up early.. Got about four hours last night.. So hot that I could not even sleep. It felt like about 70 degrees at about 4am this morning.

I was up cleaning for a party at my place and so I had my own interesting sides of things to do and deal with.

Though I hope you are having fun with that paint gun! Can you create wonderful signs with it?

We're down to just brush work now. The sprayer is a great tool, but it can't do everything.

Ahh, well sounds like your keeping up with the flow of work.

Sounds from the weather stations and weathers*.coms that the temperature is supposed to drop tomorrow in the 80's.. And the rest of the week, a lot cooler..

So everyone enjoy themselves today
