Who is "Karma" and why is she always online?

Chief asked me to answer this one.

"Karma" is a points system here at Clarkblog, that enables you to anonymously vote on the responses of other members. You can "Smite" them if you disagree, and "Applaud" them if you do. Eveyone has at least 25 points as a signing bonus.

The small green icon indicates that you are online. If soneone is oofline, thier icon is dimmed.

Louis actually got that question from someone, and since he neglected to put up an explanation about karma points in the first place, he used that quip as cover for his dereliction of duty...
