I just wanted to repeat a subject that has come across my mind over the past year and wanted to pass along some tidbits.
While I was going all over Vancouver, up and Down Interstate 5 near Ridgefield-Kelso area where I was staying for several days, there were a lot of political signs that had been uprooted by the wind.
So I'm asking for those who may be in charge of signage of all the campaigns, especially the ones who put up big blockbusters along Interstate 5 in the Cowlitz-Clark County and Whatcom-Skagit county areas to "please" check to make sure your signs did not blow down or did not get uprooted because of our fantastic wind and sun over the past week.
Even just do a drive-by on I-5 to see if yours may be a little loose in the stakes and could be a future Interstate road hazzard into the future campaign season.
Also this applies to signs in-town and county wide. Just do a quick drive by and make sure your signs did not get blown down.
