That is a direct link to a CVTV clip from the Port of vancouver Commissioner's meeting of July 8, 2008. David Hansen of Ankrom Moisan Architects will be giving the primary delivery, and has a pretty decent animation of what the site may some day look like.

Pay particular attention to the placement of the rairoad berm behind the buildings.

This CVTV link has the entire presentation that was posted in part here yesterday. It's good to know what is being asked for in this development, because of the substantial amount of tax dollars that the City of Vancouver needs to make it happen.
