Political signs...

Boy, I now know that voting will be coming up soon. All the signs are up in full force through the County AND I get to see all the nice spectacles and election tomfoolery happening soon.

Hope all have fun and stay safe politicians and volunteers during this campaign season. May the person win the right to represent us...

I've seen some of these signs that are framed with 4x4 lumber and augered 2 feet into the ground! Some candidates are a lot more protective of their signs than others...

I got one of those by my house though the winds blowing nicely and took it down, so someone restaked it to make sure it would stay up. Hopefully this staking will finally keep the sign from blowing over while a lot of nice drivers, 'peds, motorcyclists, fire personnel and law enforcement get hourly view fulls from it..

Not going to reveal its location to protect the sign and candidate.. But I must honestly say, its a wonderful, clear and NICE location in their district to a bunch of voters looking and thinking about whom to vote for.....
