Thought I might share that I was listening with intent during the main special presentation section at the beginning of the regular City of Vancouver council meeting and the Lincoln Neighborhood Association was making a small presentation on a questionaire they distributed in the their NA..
Thought the old timers here like Tefen or others that might be living near Lincoln might be interested in what they have to say.
