Patience! Do you have any clue how long it takes to do this stuff??!! It is also using a significant amount of my bandwidth to host it, so why not read some of what is here now, instead of what I haven't uploaded yet??

Some of these files are enormous, so allow them time to load, and it will help if you have an up to date copy of Adobe Acrobat Version 8.1 or better, resident on your machine.
