:-) Instead of downloading all of this via your server, I'll just go get the same CD as you did.

Would hate to know how much bandwidth this is going to cost but it will be well worth it.

I D/L'd this from the CRCP site this morning. I didn't get a CD yet.

;)

You don't need to get the CD -- you can call and request a written hard copy of the Draft EIS. You may have to put it in writing, different departments require different processes. They have to send you one, now they may give you a bit of a hard time, but tell them that you have a tough time reading it on your computer and you would like them to send you a copy. They can be a very interesting read. Then there will need to be a public comment period. It is important to record your opinion/comments in the record. Happy Reading!::)

<adds...> a hear, hear to mojoesmom comments.

I think I'll just go get the CD and paper version. That way if I'm at any meetings, I can have it right up and ready to have decent commentary...

Anyone know where we can get a copy, preliminary or otherwise, of the Federal Cost-Benefit Analysis for the CRCP??

Updating...

I finally got my CD today, and have updated the original information I posted on this on Friday. Go to the first post of this thread for additional documents.

Updating via the latest CRCP E-Update that publishes the Errata segment of the DEIA

DEIS Errata (Click Me) (http://www.clarkblog.org/DEIS2/DraftEISErrata.pdf?s=&showtopic=4351&view=findpost&p=28980)

Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) Errata available

The Errata corrects or clarifies errors that were in the Draft EIS released for public review on May 2, 2008. Now that it is published, the Errata is considered part of the Draft EIS. Corrections include typographical errors as well as clarification and corrections regarding transit ridership reporting. In most cases, these corrections made little change in the estimated number of transit riders, but did make a difference in how the transit mode share was estimated and reported.

It is important to note that none of these corrections change the relative performance of the alternatives regarding transit ridership; nor do any of the corrections change the Draft EIS findings regarding environmental, community or cultural impacts.

Errors found in the Draft EIS and all public comments received on the document will be addressed in the Final EIS which is expected to be issued in summer 2009.
