Just got back home from the library and saw this fine article on a PBS miniseries that looks as good as the World War II seven or eight part mini-series-documentary they ran about three or four months ago.

If your inteerested, here is a link to the site where you can watch previews and learn more about this ship that is surfing around the Pacific Ocean and its port-of-call.

One can find it here: http://www.pbs.org/carrier/

Also one should note that the very first episode is a week from now on April 29th at nine pm. Doubled checked on the OPB channel and schedule and this is when the first one will be airing. I think the episodes after it air every night for a couple nights. But I'd check a tv guide or zap2it.com.

Yeah, I know you have been on steel things that go up and down in a big bath of water? The bath that is as big as 1/2 the earth?

Well I'll let you get back to playing with those subs, battle cruisers and other fine Navy flotilla in the bath tub Chief.

I'm going to try and figure out how I'm going to find time to watch it. I do miss the "Military" channel. :-(
