U.S. Rep. Geoff Davis, a Hebron Republican, compared Obama and his message for change similar to a "snake oil salesman" [at a Northern Kentucky Lincoln Day dinner].
He said in his remarks at the GOP dinner that he also recently participated in a "highly classified, national security simulation" with Obama.
"I'm going to tell you something: That boy's finger does not need to be on the button," Davis said. "He could not make a decision in that simulation that related to a nuclear threat to this country."
An aide to Davis, Jeremy Hughes, declined to comment on the remark, and didn't dispute the accuracy of the quote.

We've all read enough Tom Clancy and Dale Brown novels to realize that there are scenarios that are dreamed up and played out in these National Security drills that would curl your hair, especially when it comes to nuclear war drills on this scale.
Different Senators and Representatives get to play out roles in these games that may appear to be minor in nature, until that particular young Democrat finds himself as the head of the United States Government after some country like North Korea manages to decapitate the entire Government.
These drills are deadly serious and should be one of the many things that gives one pause before they just rashly jump in and try to run for President.
I'd love to hear the details about this one, and I won't rule out the possibility that the whole story gets leaked in the next 48 hours...this one is just too juicy for a national reporter with good contacts to let go of any time soon, so stay tuned for details if and when they occur...
