At the top left corner of your screen you will see a "User Info" box. Click on the word "Register"
When the "Register" screen opens, choose a username, a password, and enter a valid e-mail address. Read the User Agreement, and at the bottom, if you agree, check the "I agree" box, and then click "Register".
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address that you entered. When it arrives, follow the instructions to activate your new account. Once it is activated, you can then Login using the Username and Password that you selected.
