Suffruticosa Kamata-Nishiki, what a mouth full!! Just want to show off my lovely lady that last year was under a 80 cedar that fell ontop of her. We thought for sure she was gone but Mother Nature has surprised us with many wonders!! She is just showing her first colors after being bit by frost.

Has all of this wind been playing havoc with them?? Those blossoms look a bit top heavy...

Nope she stand straight with those to stakes. We have most of the other peonies in tomatoe cages, no problem with those tipping over. ;)

I'm paying a lot more attention to dahlias this year. I have some that get big enough to cut cord wood off of, but they are really top heavy...
