I learned this morning that a good friend of clarkblog has been stricken ill and is in the hospital. Larry Martin has been active in Vancouver politics for decades, and is one of the people we can thank for beating back light raill attempts twice back in the 90's.
I know Larry looks in here now and then, and I hope he recovers soon. Till then he will be in our thoughts and prayers.
