SEATTLE - Kicker Josh Brown has confirmed to KING 5 Sports that he will not return to the Seattle Seahawks next season.

He doesn't know yet where he'll play next year.

Brown is an unrestricted free agent, and the Seahawks tried to negotiate with him to stay in Seattle – but they couldn't reach a deal.

He joined the Seahawks in 2003 and spent five seasons with the team.


I'm kind of surprized he's not hanging for Mike Holmgren's last season...

May be next year will be the start of rebuilding.. Get rid of a SA that really isn't doing much and changing up the offense. Guess we'll see in August how things shape up.
