My Dearest Citizens of Clark County, you do not know the answers to my questions?? Maybe the Three Creeks Committee can answer them for you as they turn their wheels and do nothing!!!

I have a piece of property in Clark County and can I put what I want on it?? No!! Why hire an attorney as they will tell you, you can only put on it what it's zoned as? When is it all zoned?? Lesson in Planning 101???

I have a piece of property in R-10 residential so can I put a store here?? Now do you see my point?? Is this not a waste of time for this committee? Plus are you willing to risk money lost due to a developer being told, 'No!'
