Apparently Washington is considering an vehicle license tax based on the EPA estimated fuel efficiency of the vehicle. The better mileage, the less you'd pay.

If it passes, and it's far from certain that it will, I wonder how they will charge us? Another addition to the license tab fees??
I don't give this one good odds, but who knows??

I think it was intended to be a surcharge on the license tab fee. That seems like the most logical way.

When I first read the subject, I thought Miles per Gallon or a form of Oregon of taxation that they were considering..
If its some how tied to tabs, some one probably will come across with another initiative to get it killed yet again..
