Ender's letter to the editor was right on the money, where are the NA of Clark County?? I don't see them doing anything but the Parks?? They are the laughing stock of Clark County for doing nothing but making a bigger mess of the place!

Doing MY work Karma.. Sorry but you said of the piece but no links to it so that every one else could check out what you were complaining about..

Ahh So Judy Enders is talking about what happened and corroborating some of your previous rants months ago?

Well I guess we'll be building a new CRC over the Ridgefield NWR and right through your neighborhood, if the neighbors don't seem to care.

My current thinking is Felida need a new interstate running right under the bluffs.. That looks so appealing.. :-)

Buff, that idea failed already as the old FNA proved to the county that Snow's freeway had no legs to stand on!! HAHAAAAAHAAAAAAAA I wonder whom took that freeway away??

Besides the Clark County Neighborhood Assn, isn't in compliance with it's own ordinance?!??

So karma, now I'm going to X-post my idea from several other thoughts and ideas to this one as well..

What do you want for this area and please include NEW ideas??

All past and historical references of governmental oddities will get tin foil hat treatments.

karma, he's not asking you what the GMA says, he's aking you what your desires are for that area...

You're answering questions he didn't ask...

You both don't hear me and not paying attention!! GMA governs by the zoning, what I would like to see in my area was over turned by the Iron Maiden and no one is looking at the big picture, it's just cut up in territories by those that think they are doing neighborhood planning, bull shit!! Stop wasting taxpayers dollars and spinning your wheels.
Look at the neglect of your area before you try to plan for the future as this neglect grow wider by the day. A great tool you both should try is those Sims games. Yes you can set them up for the community as it is today here and watch the little sims move out of an area fast!!

What I would like for my community will never happen with the current leadership and control, Portland Envy isn't my goals. We have serious growth issues and the State of WA new rules will make this area conform or as we see less development no matter how far those boundaries are moved? More of the same old same old?

May be thats true Karma.. But I think the Donkey and Elephants are swimming right around you, don't care what little rules, pet hairs or flies that one puts in their ways and leaving a certain amount of dust behind (aka citizens that are not conforming..)

Your not listening the what the whole rest of the county is doing and pretty soon the same initiative that is happening in Downtown Vancouver may be heading your way weather you like or not?

So my question is Karma despite all of the complaining about X-coms or the rest of it, where do you stand? Do you want to be PART of the City or NOT?

And if you don't want to be a part of the City where are your neighbors thinking and feeling?

Some thing just popped into my head a second ago Chief... I think THERE are some residents who are seeing what we're saying, standing up, running for Betty Sue's position instead of whining, complaining about X-com or what ever..

The point is where is action in the words.. 20 or 30 years of reactionary isn't going to help some one as Clark County move forward and away from the 1970's motif that sits in one person's mind.

Buff, I have accepted what the vote of the citizens of this area said, no to 'New City!' Believe it or not Mr. Kelly and I were for the vote of the Citizens and neither of us wanted a position if this passed. We both walked away when we had enough signatures. To us it was in the voters hands at that point. I don't see this area being it's own City due to the lack of folks not knowing which end is up?? As I tell citizens if you allow them to do this and waste tax dollars than you are as bad as they are, you have a voice so use it. I was told once I do not live in the City and until I do I should not speak out of turn, but again according to GMA that is my future. So until then I'll sit back and watch the deck chair be rearranged.

I would hate to say this but if the New City is formed, I'll be looking for a home in the City!! These folks out here have no clue!! More can be stated about folks running but ya know, why should I waste my time?? All I'll say is there is karma!!
