County Home Sales, Prices Decline

The Columbian is reporting today that the number of homes sold in January fell compared to last January, but also that prices are down 7%.

The condominium with shared housing I am staying in lost $15K in six months.. So I guess $20K isn't out of the question.

I'm just laughing at those folks that paid an arm and a leg for their houses and now can't get a red cent for them!! Besides those houses aren't worth what they paid for them as we all know anything built after 1990 they had to jimmy rig to work??
