Editor’s Note: Paul Bovi is arguably the best total bettor on VegasInsider.com. Don’t miss out on his Super Bowl XLII winner, which includes analysis and prop bets.

While the media was obsessed over Tom Brady’s now infamous walking boot, visible as the pedal pushing Patriot QB was observed seeking refuge in the Manhattan love shack of model Gisele Bundchen, bookmakers were looking to generate some action of their own.

The vast majority of Las Vegas and offshore oddsmakers spent the better part of Monday and Tuesday concocting a virtual smorgasbord of proposition wagers which have now been made available to the betting public as Brady’s Patriots will take on the scrappy New York Giants in Super Bowl XLII.

**SCHNIPP**

I usually favor the underdog in the Superbowl and this year is no different. Nothing would suit me better than to watch the Younger Manning go out there Sunday and out-throw Tom Brady to win. I realize that's not likely to happen, but I'd be willing to bet a burger on it...

We'll see...

I'm not planning on doing much other than resting up for the game. I'm really hoping to see the Giants bring the Pats crashing down.

This will be a passing game, and a test of who can play the best technical game of football, execute thos plays with the most precision, and minimizing the number of penalties. At this level, there should be no rookie penalties because every single on of them conts later in the game.

You cannot win the Superbowl by kicking fieldgoals.

You have to go for the endzone and score.

I want to see both teams going for it on fourth down.

I want to see some 2 point conversions.

I want to see a perfectly executed flea-flicker into the endzone for a score.

I think this will be a high scoring game and as long as injuries don't start mounting, it could be a tight game.

Almost kickoff time....

I'm taking the Giants to win by a FG...

And the Giants winn the toss, and will receive the ball first...

It's 7-3 New England at the half.

It's been a Defensive slugfest so far, and both Offences have been held to some low numbers, with the exception of the Giant's running game. They have been getting some consistent first downs and plenty of conversions but they choke in the red zone. But Brady has been sacked four times so far and that's troublesome for the Pats...

If both teams can focus during the half we should see a better ball game in the third and fourt quarter.

Eli Manning just threw a touchdown pass to Plaxico Burress with 35 seconds left to play, the Giants are ahead 17-14

New England will need a field goal to tie.
