This is just a note to any of the C-tran executive staff or officers, would you PLEASE! get your drivers some hearing aids?
I don't need to hear your drivers complaining to dispatch or other drivers about passengers complaining about poor bus service or the Mill Plain or any of the rest of what goes on on the C-tran audio switchboard. I simply fail to understand why the drivers need to crank up their radios so I need to hear all the driver gossiping or concerns going on.
About 30 percent right off the top of the communications I hear between drivers and dispatchers doesn't need to be heard by the AVERAGE C-tran rider. So please, go to walmart, by a pair of $1 bin hearing AIDS, plug them in and leave me in peace?
