Buff, this is old news if one follows what was approved in the last go around of GMA. This is what the fight is all about with the lawsuit and how they cut a deal with the developers' of this area to put in concurrency to allow them to build, but alast we all know it's called screw the public as we all know that development doesn't pay for this? Now that the houseing market has bellied up and all the other belly up market stuff, they have screwed us all the more. BS and the current Commissioners with the help from the past Commissioners' legacy! GMA needs to have a serious look at it and as it stand here in Clark County, all one can say is bend over!
