SEATTLE -- Former football hall of fame quarterback Warren Moon was arrested Saturday morning on suspicion of DUI and driving with a suspended license, according to Medina Police.
Lt. Dan Yourkoski with the Medina police said Moon was driving just east of the 520 bridge when he was stopped for expired tabs.
According to police, Moon produced a valid Texas license, but a check of his license showed his privileges to drive in Washington had been suspended.
Moon was arrested on charges of driving while privileges were suspended and for investigation of DUI.
According to Yourkoski, Moon was taken to the Kirkland Jail, where he was processed, booked and released pending charges after the case is forwarded to the prosecutor.
Moon was arrested back in April for investigation of DUI but was later charged with a lesser offense of first-degree negligent driving.
Moon is a radio analyst for Seahawks radio broadcasts.
