Couple things you might be aware of: Time Bandits Captain discovers how to make a taser with a flash bulb camera, M/V North American a new boat will be going after Northwestern, (Both boats are based out of Ballard and Sig/Sten's family have crab fishing history together.) and the rest you can find off there site..

Remember that almost all the boats featured on the show are from Seattle, Astoria or the Puget Sound area. They are working on an April 2008 air date for the news series.. Guess where my brewskie and ass are going to be sitting? This show is 10x better than football with the same old, same old plays!

Excellent! Deadliest Catch has been some of the most sonsitently excellent viewing on TV, and has been my favorite Discovery Channel show of all time. Should be interesting with a new boat and crew. Nothing ever goes right the first time out...

From stuff I have been reading from in the DC forums the Maverick won't be back on the show I believe and one other boat might also not be back on.

They are currently taping one part of the show and the January season of taping is coming up soon. So they earliest the show will air will be in April 2008 depending when they can get it edited and packaged and put ont the air.

That's right....crab season is just getting ready to start up in the Bering Sea, and the really bad weather is yet to come...

Yep.. January is one of those fun months and its only a week or two away.

Not sure when that January season comes up or which crab are caught but I can hardly wait for the show to come up on the tele!
