I received this over the weekend, and I have a number of questions about it.
**How does a property de-value $2,862,200.00 in one tax year??
**Who are the Legal Owners of this property??
**Does Membership in "Identity Clark County" carry any weight in getting such assessments reduced on a business?
**Who in their right mind considers buying property for almost $3 Million Dollars more than it's assessed value, a good business deal??
We will be looking into this one in the coming weeks, to see exactly what is behind this can of worms...
